Queen Anne's Lace

Our recent trip to Iowa for the 4th of July got me looking at pictures of Queen Anne's Lace. This flower grows wild EVERYWHERE in Iowa and I think it's beautiful. In fact, it's one of my new favorites!

Here are some pictures I found:

This is an envelope seal made from a dried blossom and contact paper!

Enjoy your weekend!

  1. Queen Anne's Lace grew wild with the blackberries along the bank at the end of our yard where we lived when I was 3-7 years old! It was my FAVORITE, too!!! Right next to the dandelions I tried to "Save" from my dad's weedkiller contraption. :-)

  2. That's SO great! I love the way they look out in the wild! My mom, my sister, and I used to make dandelion crowns, necklaces, and rings ALL the time! :)
